CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that employs weight lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning movements. We define CrossFit as a workout that consists of functional movements that are constantly varied and are executed at a relatively high intensity.
Our On Ramp classes offer new members an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the movements they will frequently use during our Workout Of the Day (WOD) in a group class setting much like they will encounter on a daily basis at SCCF. On Ramp classes meet 3 times for 3 weeks. Our next class starts September 15th!
