Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to Stone Coast CrossFit is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in regular classes. These include a total of 3 One on One Sessions (Foundations) with one of our Coaches.
Foundations:
The course consists of 3 private sessions during which the trainer introduces all CrossFit movements that can be programmed into the WOD (Work out of the day). Proper technique and efficient body mechanics will be the main focus. The Foundations course also allows us to get to know you as a client- what your goals are, what your current fitness level is and any concerns you might have. We also supply free nutritional advice upon request.
